According to informed sources, Goba will now be investigated into his fitness to continue holding office.
He has been accused in the past of failing to prosecute high profile corruption cases and using abusive language.
Goba has also been accused of leaving Zimbabwe without cabinet authority and entering Namibia despite being a prohibited immigrant in that country.
