Cholera victims die in pain, medics can't cope Declare a state of emergency, pleads MDC

MDC Vice-President and Deputy Prime Minister-elect Thokozani Khupe has called on the government to immediately declare a state of national emergency to deal with the cholera outbreak that is devastating many parts of the country.
