Tavengwa wins SA 10km marathon

Tavengwa is not new in these national, regional and international long distance competitions when she collected top prizes in previous contests such as the Soweto, Durban and Gauteng marathon races. Prior to the Nedbank race last week Tavengwa came from yet another race-the 10km championship in Stellenbosch where she came third, but this time around the Zimbabwean international turned on the power to clinch gold plus more than R10 000 in cash.
