Dynamos drop precious points

dynamosHARARE - Dynamos remains one of the former league champions together with Gunners lagging in the bottom six of the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League as the competition enters week six this weekend.

The Glamour Boys saw their second draw when they shared a point each with Bulawayo giants Highlanders in a goalless draw that left Lloyd Mutasas charges in position 11 on the 16-team log table.

All has not gone well since the beginning of the season for the former champions who, on top of suffering two losses against Kiglon and Motor Action and engaging in two draws, were puzzled by the continental football mother body CAFs decision to fine the club $5 000 following their 0-3 controversial match in Algeria.

Mutasa hopes his troops will refocus to turn the tables for better results when they face Masvingo United in Harare this weekend. Chicken Inn threatens to be the low-profile team to dictate the pace of the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League race, this year.

They have recorded four victories out of the five matches played so far, with great potential of causing more upsets in the experienced sides in the top-flight league.
